For non subscription orders:
Within the order confirmation email is a feature that allows to cancel/modify the order as required for up to 4 hours after the order is placed.
For subscription orders
If the order was processed inside of 4 hours, please submit this form with details of the requested changes. Our systems will attempt to suspend the order until a member of our team can assist with the request.
Looking to apply rewards to an order that's been processed? There's no requirement to suspend the order. Reach out to our team here for assistance.
