What is the return policy for cocktail capsules?Updated 4 months ago

This return policy applies to retail purchases made directly via Bartesian.com. For purchases from third parties, please refer to the return policy of the retailer from where your purchase was made.

Unopened packages of Bartesian premium cocktail capsules can be returned if the return is in transit back to Bartesian within 15 days of receipt. To initiate a return, please contact our sales support team. Upon confirmation of your return, a credit will be issued to the credit card used to make the purchase within approximately 7-10 business days.  A 15% restocking fee applies.

Bartesian is not able to accept the returns of opened packages of cocktail capsules. You can find more information on our return policy via our terms of service.
