If you pre-ordered the 2024 Advent calendar, you would have received a redemption code from [email protected] sent to the email address that was used while placing the pre-order.

If not located in your inbox, please check any folders/filters that may have intercepted a message from us.

Codes have a 1 time use so please add all pre-ordered calendars to your cart at once. If you've used a code with multiple calendars' value for a single redemption, please contact us for assistance.

The value of the codes/calendars count toward free shipping during checkout

Q: I'm getting an error while trying to redeem my code saying there isn't shipping to my area

A: The most common cause for errors, is if you are attempting to checkout using an email address that is different from the email address that was used to place the pre-order. If you're confident that the email address you're using while redeeming is the same is the one used to initially pre-order, please contact us for assistance.
