2. Q: I do not see how to add calendars to my cart

A: Please ensure you are logged into a Bartesian.com account using the same email address that was used to place the pre-order and where the redemption notice/code was sent. If you do not see the option to "Add to cart" you are not logged into an account that placed a preorder reservation.

Please ensure you're entering the specific number of calendars you preordered. Attempting to add an amount higher than what you preordered will result in an error.

3. Q: During checkout, I cannot see where to apply my redemption code

A: On Bartesian.com after you've added your reserved calendar(s) to your cart you will find the field pictured below prior to checkout. Entering your redemption code here will offset the cost of the associated number of calendars to $0

Q: I have a redemption code from my pre-order, if I want my advent calendar closer to Christmas, is it at risk of selling out?


A: No. If you've pre-ordered, your pre-ordered quantity is reserved through the holiday season until you redeem.
