What is Bartesian Rewards?

Bartesian Rewards is how we show appreciation to our customers. You’ll earn points for activities like referring friends and making purchases. Only purchases made on our website, are eligible to earn points. You can use points

Who can join?

The Program is available to individuals for their personal use only and is limited to one account per person. Anyone with an account is automatically enrolled. Account holders must receive orders shipped to the United States or Canada and be at least

Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?

No. There is no limit to the number of points you can earn. You can also keep earning points and use them toward a larger reward ($50) or you can redeem them in smaller increments ($10).

Do points expire?

Points will expire if no purchase is made within one (1) calendar year.

What do the different statuses mean?

Approved - points can be redeemed on rewards immediately.Pending - points apply to purchases and referrals. Points are pending while your order is being processed and shipped and should last 5 days.Cancelled - points will not be added to your account

How do rewards work?

You can redeem 1,000 points for a $10 reward. You can apply rewards at checkout or opt to apply your points on a subscription reward that can be applied to your next cocktail subscription shipment. Don’t forget referring friends is 2,500 points!

How can I see my points?

Your available points will be displayed on the Bartesian Rewards page of the website when you are logged in. You will also receive monthly updates by email with your balance and reward redemption options.

Why did my account balance go down?

You may have redeemed points for rewards, or you, or someone you referred, cancelled or returned a purchase. Purchases made with points do not earn points.

I completed an activity but didn't earn points!

Points may take up to 24 hours to appear in your account after a purchase or activity. Points move from pending to approved after 5 days.

Can I give my points to my friend?

Points and rewards are non-transferrable. You can’t purchase more points or purchase rewards without earning the corresponding number of points.

Can I use rewards with other discounts?

You can only apply one discount when you’re checking out, so you can choose to use your reward credit or another discount code, if available

How do I leave the program?

If you no longer wish to earn points, please contact us and ask to be unenrolled. We'll unenroll you and you will lose any points you have accrued. You may contact us via [email protected] or through our Sales Support Contact Form.

What happened to the A-List?

We made updates to the A-List program to make it easier to use and more rewarding. We moved all the A-List points into Bartesian Rewards in September 2022.

How long will Bartesian Rewards be offered?

We hope to expand and grow Bartesian Rewards as our business grows. It’s important to us to share special deals, early access and rewards with our best customers. We may cancel, change, or suspend any part of the Bartesian Rewards program at any time
