Periodic cleaning maintenance will help your Bartesian operate optimally. If a scenario arises where the dispense of a cocktail results in an inconsistent stream, cleaning the capsule holder and capsule seal will likely resolve the issue.

Tip: It is best practice to ensure used cocktail capsules are removed from your Bartesian shortly after dispense is complete.

To remove Capsule Holder, lift Lid Handle. Push Capsule Holder up with both hands to remove. CAUTION: The Capsule Holder contains a sharp needle that punctures the Cocktail Capsule. To avoid risk of injury, do not put your fingers in the Capsule Holder.

Carefully, pull down on Removable Capsule Seal to clean. Wash in hot, soapy water and rinse. This part must be reinstalled before making cocktails. CAUTION: The Capsule Seal surrounds a sharp needle that punctures the Cocktail Capsule. To avoid risk of injury, do not put your fingers on the needle.
