How to: Reactivate a subscriptionUpdated 7 days ago

If you've cancelled a Bartesian subscription, you can reactivate it. Please make sure you log into your account to start.

Once logged in you can click the Manage Subscription button from your "My Account" page:

 Or from the Subscriptions homepage:

Once on your subscription management page, scroll down to find your inactivate subscriptions and click 'view details' on the one you'd like to reactive to confirm, or if you are certain this is the one you want to restart, you can click 'reactivate' straight away.

From within the subscription details, you will find the 'reactivate' button on the top right side. 

Select the next date you'd like the subscription to be set to, and then click 'reactivate':

Your subscription is now reactivated and the screen with revert back to the main page to confirm your next subscription date. You can also order it straight away using the 'order now' button.
