How to: Skip/Unskip an orderUpdated a year ago

A benefit to a subscription is that you can skip an order at any time which prevents a charge/shipment providing you do so during the weeks between order dates, up to 24 hours before your order date.

Once logged into your account

1. Click MANAGE SUBSCRIPTION

2. Click EDIT 

3. Click SKIP/UNSKIP ORDERS


Your upcoming delivery schedule is now displayed months in advance

4. Press SKIP for any future order(s) you wish to skip

5. Confirm your desire to skip by pressing Skip once again in the new window. Please allow a few seconds for the change to save prior to closing the window/tab.


To recover a skipped order

Press unskip

A new window opens requesting confirmation. Click unskip once again to confirm.


Ordering a subscription does not automatically create an account. If you do not have an account, please create one using the email address associated with your subscription.

Please note: UK customers are unable to start a subscription at this time.
