How to: Update Billing InformationUpdated 7 days ago

With a Bartesian subscription, you can easily update your billing information on the main page of your subscription. Please make sure to log into your account to start.


Once logged in you can click the Manage Subscription button from your ‘My Account’ page:

 Or from the Subscriptions homepage:

When you reach your subscription management page, locate the subscription you'd like to update, and select 'view details':Scroll to the bottom and locate the 'Billing' section and click 'edit':

Another pop-up to change the payment method will appear, you can either 'edit' the current method or 'add new payment method' from here:


If editing your payment details, update the information needed and select 'save changes':


If adding a new payment method, enter your information in the pop-up and click 'next' to continue:

Complete the billing address details for the new payment, and select 'add card':

Once the new card is saved, make sure to confirm the new payment is reflected under the 'Primary' payment, and you can delete the old payment method if needed. Click the 'x' to close out the pop-up and return back to the subscription page:
