What do the different statuses mean?Updated a year ago
- Approved - points can be redeemed on rewards immediately.
- Pending - points apply to purchases and referrals. Points are pending while your order is being processed and shipped and should last 5 days.
- Cancelled - points will not be added to your account. For example, this will happen if you cancel a purchase (the points will change from pending to cancelled).
Please note: Customers in the UK are not eligible for Bartesian Rewards at this time.
