The optimal time to make changes to your subscription (change selections, skip, etc.) from within your account, is during the weeks between order dates up until the day before it is next scheduled to process. 

If you have reached your order date without making desired changes, please submit a subscription order change request form, with your desired changes and our team will make every effort to assist. You can also cancel orders within 4 hours via the order confirmation email.
