The date you initially order your subscription becomes your monthly order date for future subscription orders. (ie, if ordered on the 5th, your order date is the 5th of each month)

The optimal time to make changes to your subscription (change selections, skip etc) from within your account is during the weeks between order dates.

If you have reached your order date without making desired changes, please reply to your subscription order confirmation email with you desired changes and our team will make every effort to assist.

Please note: UK customers are unable to start a subscription at this time.
