How to: Add or Remove One Time Items to an Upcoming OrderUpdated 2 days ago

Got an order coming up and want to add some items before it ships? You can do so up to 24 hours in advance of your order. An add-on item is a one-time purchase you'd like included with your next order. If you'd like to adjust the number of boxes in your subscription, see how to adjust your quantity here.

Once logged in you can click the Manage Subscription button from your "My Account Screen:

 Or from the Subscriptions homepage:

Once logged into the Subscription Management page, scroll down to your 'Active Subscriptions' and select 'view details' on whichever subscription you want to add one-time accessories to:

The accessory carousel will be either right below the subscription box (on the phone) or to the right of the subscription box (on the computer):

You can scroll through the accessories using the arrows, and click 'add' to select an item. Make sure to select the price with the words 'click here to add' to add it the accessory to your next subscription order:

The subscription box will update to reflect the one-time accessory added on your subscription page:

You can use the plus and minus buttons to change the quantity of the one-time product, or remove it from the upcoming subscription in full.
