How to: Cancel a subscriptionUpdated a year ago

Ordering a subscription does not automatically create an account. If you do not have an account, please create one using the email address associated with your subscription

Once logged into your account

1. Click MANAGE SUBSCRIPTION

2. Click EDIT beside the subscription you wish to cancel

3. Click CANCEL (located on left under billing and card details)

4. Select a reason

5. Click PROCEED

6. Enter additional comments 

7. Click "Cancel my subscription"

Your subscription is now canceled.

Please note: UK customers are unable to start a subscription at this time.
