How to: Cancel a subscriptionUpdated 7 days ago

With a Bartesian capsule subscription, you can cancel at any time, with no penalty. Please make sure you log into your account to start.

Once logged in you can click the Manage Subscription button from your "My Account" Screen:

 Or from the Subscriptions homepage:

Once on your subscription management page, locate the subscription you'd like to cancel and click 'view details'.

At your subscription, select the "more" button from the top right corner, and then 'cancel':

A pop-up asking if you would prefer to skip the subscription will appear first. Click 'continue' if you want to proceed to cancellation:

Select the reason for cancelling and click 'continue' to proceed:

Another pop-up will appear to confirm the cancellation or ask if you'd like to email support. Click 'cancel subscription' if you'd like to proceed with cancellation:

Make sure to click 'cancel now' on the pop-up to confirm the subscription has been cancelled:

Once the subscription has successfully been cancelled, you will receive this confirmation pop-up and can click 'done' to return to the subscription portal:

Your subscription will now show cancelled at the top of the page and you can reactivate it with the 'reactivate' button on the top right side, at any time.
